Featuring the very best Soul, R&B, Motown Classics, Funk, Disco and Contemporary songs from the past five decades served up with non-stop musical energy, variety and showmanship”

— Club 240

Souled Out is the REAL DEAL! They've lived it, they loved it and they are bringing it to YOU!

Remember when live music could be heard every weekend night at venues all over the lower mainland?  We do.

Playing in different bands, we were there and since reuniting as Souled Out in 2008 we've enjoyed performing for the last ten years in the few live music venues that are still around.

How did it all start? Well .........

Reminiscing about playing together in their first High School band (which morphed into a very successful ten-piece horn-based band they played in during their University days) Cory and Derek decided to get together for a few jam sessions with friends they'd played with back then and others they'd played with over the subsequent years.

Those first few sessions were the genesis of Souled Out and with very few personnel changes that's the band you hear today.

Blissfully unaware of any mandatory retirement date for musicians, we are truly lucky to be able to continue playing the great R&B, Soul, Funk, Motown, Disco and Contemporary classics with musically talented friends.

Another huge THANK YOU to the SOULED OUT BAND, for another stellar show on Sat. You always bring the house down. ”

Harmony Arts Festival 2017

The band would like to extend a huge thank you to the Harmony Arts committee for having us perform as the dinner feature band this past Monday Aug. 7.  We managed to play before a standing room only audience of enthusiastic fans, followers and dancers.  Boaters were cruising close to the waterfront stage to cheer and dance on their decks. Millennium Park literally erupted into a giant dance party!  It was an awesome  experience for the band and by all accounts, for all that attended.

A special thank you goes to major sponsor, Odlum Brown.   Not only does their generous financial support make the Harmony Arts possible, but probably makes it one of the most successful music and art festivals in the province.

Hope to be asked back next year.

Revamped Web Site

Check out Souled Out's revamped web site thanks to the tireless work of Marlee.  There are new photos, some video and band member bios.   Please take a bit of time and read the bios.   All of them are very interesting reads.   Souled Out certainly has a very diverse group of members.

Exciting News
